We take a small number of private residences each year, from first sketch through to handover. The work begins with the land — orientation, prevailing wind, the trees worth keeping — and with a long conversation about how you want to spend a Sunday. Everything after that is consequence.

Interior Design
Complete interiors — plan, light, material, joinery and the last cushion — resolved as one idea.
Our interiors work is not decoration applied at the end. We re-plan where the plan is wrong, design the joinery rather than specify it, and treat lighting as a primary material. The result should feel inevitable, as though the space could not reasonably have been done another way.

Renovation & Restoration
Older buildings brought forward with judgement about what to keep, what to remove and what to add.
Renovation is mostly editing. We are equally comfortable stripping four decades of accumulation from a listed Art Deco apartment and reworking a fifteen-year-old builder floor into something with a point of view. New work is designed to be legible as new — we do not manufacture false history.

Bespoke Space Planning
A focused engagement for clients who need the plan resolved before anything else is decided.
Sometimes the highest-value work happens before a single finish is chosen. This engagement addresses the plan alone — circulation, sightlines, daylight, storage, and the difficult adjacencies that most homes get wrong. It can stand alone, or run ahead of a full interiors commission.

Material & Finish Curation
A considered palette — sourced, sampled, tested and documented for execution.
Material decisions are where premium projects most often lose their nerve. We build a palette from a small number of honest materials, test them at full scale on site, and document them precisely enough that they survive contact with a contractor. We work with stone yards, lime specialists and joinery workshops we have used for years.

Bespoke Furniture & Styling
Pieces made for the room they will stand in, and a final layer that makes a house feel lived in.
Where the right piece does not exist, we design it and have it made — dining tables, beds, seating, lighting — with workshops in Jodhpur, Bhiwandi and Bengaluru. The styling layer that follows is deliberately restrained: enough to make a space feel inhabited, never enough to make it feel staged.

Selected Hospitality Interiors
A small number of boutique properties where design, not scale, is the commercial argument.
We accept one or two hospitality commissions at a time, and only where the owner is building something with a point of view — boutique keys, restaurants, private clubs. We design for the guest experience and the operating reality at the same time; a beautiful property that cannot be run is not a good project.
